EHR and Practice Management Systems Hosting

PSM has over 20 years of experience in hosting medical software applications for thousands of physicians and other healthcare providers throughout the United States, including the eClinicalworks fully-integrated EHR and practice management application.

Unlimited Users

All of your providers and staff can access your practice’s data through our secure, scalable and HIPAA-compliant Cloud hosting service.

Anywhere Access

While out of the office, PSM provides highly secure technology to help you access all of your medical records and demographic/billing data from home, hospital, or while traveling. Unlike some remote solutions, PSM offers robust support for your local printers and scanners while you are in a terminal server session. With a variety of options, PSM offers the best of both worlds: “fat client” or “thin client,” depending on your needs.

Redundant Architecture

With PSM hosting, your practice benefits from powerful infrastructure deployed on multiple clusters of application servers, database servers, terminal servers, and load balancers, in world-renowned data centers. You simply can’t get that kind of infrastructure in your local office. But do you really need it? Can’t you just install a server in your practice and host it yourself? The answer depends on how much your patient care and business operations would suffer if your local server became unavailable for more than a few hours due to hardware failure, fire, flood, or theft.

Data Backup for Business Continuity

With PSM, your data is replicated or archived in more than one location. Your databases and scanned images live on independent RAID hard drive arrays located on multiple “mirrored” servers. Further, the data is backed up to a third media archive each night. PSM manages this process for you, so you never have to worry whether your staff is on top of backups or if they are being done correctly, if necessary to recover or restore your data in order to maintain business continuity.

Software As A Service (SaaS)

PSM offers easily-scalable and configurable implementations, for any size medical practice, which can be customized based on your specific needs. PSM employs experienced staff who manage installations and provide seamless integration, so that your EHR is available to users, whether in the office or remotely. This depth of knowledge acquired over the years allows PSM to provide services in a very efficient way that meet your needs, and to diagnose and solve problems that may arise.

PSM understands the importance of protecting customer data and has measures in place to ensure that data remains secure. PSM’s hardware, which hosts your software, is located in two geographically-distinct data centers that provide a resilient, secure and high-performance environment. Access to these physical facilities is controlled and monitored by highly-trained staff and state-of-the-art technology. Hardware is located in locked racks, which in turn are in separate locked cages. Network access is secure and monitored 24/7 and tools are in place to block viruses, malware or other potential intrusions.

PSM has over 20 years of hosting mission-critical applications for physicians, other healthcare providers, FQHCs and public health clinics, hospitals and health systems. PSM uses proven, state-of-the-art hardware, software, and connectivity technologies to ensure security and reliability. Most importantly, PSM has policies and procedures in place that allows it to be HIPAA-compliant, which helps you comply with MACRA and MIPS criteria established by CMS.

With PSM hosted solutions, you can reduce your IT hassles, allowing you to focus on practicing medicine. PSM can help you scale and deploy rapidly to meet growing business needs, with no additional capital investment on your part. In addition, practices benefit from:
